use this web site to generate leads for our independent sales agents
and to increase awareness and interest in MPLS broadband products.
To use this Web site, you must first enter the address of a location you
are inquiring about. It is understood that this address may or may not
be your actual address; it may be a building you are looking to lease,
a location in which you currently have offices, or an address where your servers
are located. This initial physical address is required to generate a real-time
MPLS availability search for you and can not be traced back to you.
If what you see on the results page looks interesting and you would like to
speak to an MPLS product specialist, you will have the chance to
enter in your name, business name, installation phone number, contact phone number,
your email address, and the physical installation address of the MPLS
service being proposed. This information will be used by a certified Telarus
consultant to both contact you and to assist you with the decision-making process,
outlining the strengths and weaknesses of each carrier offers service in the
service address you entered.
If you do not wish to be contacted, do not enter your information in our contact
form and the address you entered will simply be deleted.
If you choose to submit your contact information, you will receive an email
thanking you for your quote request. This email will contain a link that will
make it possible for you to view your quote at a later time and/or request
additional contact from members of our sales team. No additional email
correspondence will be sent to you once you receive the initial "Thank You" message.
In order to perform MPLS location research, Telarus, Inc. supplements the
data we collects with additional data received from third party sources - such as

whose actions are deemed offensive or inappropriate in any way. Such behavior may include attempting
to mine or extract sensitive carrier information for the purposes of competing or using
such information unfairly. Another inappropriate activity is using the information gathered
from this web site to attempt to sign up with a carrier directly.
Information About Carriers
During the course of the ShopforMPLS.com quoting process the user will be presented
with a map of Lit Building locations. Under no circumstance will we disclose the
carriers behind the list until phone contact has been made with a Telarus independent
agent. It is up to the agent's discretion whether or not to disclose carrier names
and addresses based upon the validity of the needs of the user. General fact-finding
exercises without the intent to purchase MPLS services are prohibited.
Your Information
Once you enter your contact information into ShopforMPLS.com, it is transmitted
securely to an authorized Telarus independent agent. The role of the Telarus independent
agent is to perform additional research and help you obtain a price quote from the
carrier of your choice. The independent agent is not compensated by Telarus unless
you (the customer) place your order through Telarus' carrier contract. Only one
independent agent (at a time) has access to your information, in addition to the
support staff who are full-time employees of Telarus.
After you enter your information you will receive an automated confirmation email.
Likewise, you will also receive email correspondence from a real-world
Telarus independent agent who is performing the required research on your behalf.
You will never receive any general newsletter or other form of unsolicited mail that
does not relate to your MPLS services purchase.
ShopforMPLS.com will not transmit your information to any of our telecom
partners until you are ready to sign paperwork and enter into a service
contract. The only information that may be transmitted to our telecom
partners prior to you signing paperwork is your address and installation
phone number which is used solely for quoting purposes.
This information will not be shared, sold, rented,
or traded with third parties for their promotional purposes.
Choice/Opt-out
We provide you the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having your personally identifiable
information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example,
if you purchase a product/service but do not wish to receive any additional
marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form.
If you no longer wish to receive our communications or those from the agent
assigned to work on your account, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the
